Input

    There are 2 modes to access the page for input setting: in Setup menu, in Setup tab, or use Input button from main window. In this page you can see an existing inputs list. For each input (select with mouse) you can specify the maximum number of frames per second and you can configure that all inputs have the same fps (with Sync FPS).

    You can add or delete inputs with +/- buttons and you can modify the inputs order with buttons.

    For quick inputs configure use AutoConfigure button (for each input set recording, motion detection, broadcast or inernet transmision parameters).

    For editing inputs proprieties, double click with mouse on it. It apear Source edit window, where you can set:

• Input name;
• Input description;
• The input source can be movie, capture or broadcast. For record there is a button for opening movie (a mvz file). For broadcast you can open a mvn file with conection parameters. For capture input: select video card and camera. Some cards (Provideo - 3C, MV4, MV8) have 2 multiplexing types: automatic and manual pot functiona in mai multe moduri: cu multiplexare manuala si automata. For manual multiplexing, when you change a camera view, first 2-3 images are unstable. With Ignore button you can set the number of frame to ignore. After stabilization you can set the number of display frames (fps) with Show button. In aotomatic mode, if you set Ignore: 0, Show 0, the soft sets 9 fps for each input (all frames are good).

  

• Also, for each input you can enable the options for recording, motion detection, broadcast.
  For recording you can set the codec for movie compressing and movie duration (for a easy record access it is better that the movie dimension to be smaller so set the movie duration maximum 3 hours).
  For broadcast you must set the computer IP and port.
  If a color is predominant on a image more than Bad ignal Rate, it can be consider a bad signal.
  If you want oyu can specify a password for accesing the images on internet.
• In the bottom of window there is a control with input settings informations (always do record FPM:30,start always,never stop,save image every 50 sec, alarm on motion detection, activated at 16:53:58 on 15.10.2002,on cams: 1,2,4 a, etc). If you want to modify this parameters double click on this field and in the new apear window you can modify: action (record, save image, broadcast,etc), the record cause (always, on motion detection, on video lost), the record duration, start and end time, audio alert.
